- CAPTAIN – RESTAURANT & BREWERY2–3 years of experience in Restaurant / Microbrewery / Hospitality.
- Strong experience in order taking and table service.
- Excellent guest handling and customer service skills.
- Ensure fast, accurate and professional service.
- Positive knowledge of food, beverages and brewery products.
- Handle guest queries and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Cashier for smooth operations.
- Supervise and guide the service team.
- Ensure SOP, hygiene, grooming and service standards are followed.
- Good communication and upselling skills.
- Brewery experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
