We are looking for an IT System Administrator who can manage, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain computers, laptops, servers, and other IT systems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely technical support.

Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, network, and internet connectivity problems.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and required software.

Handle system repairs, upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance.

Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Perform IT audits, maintain system records, and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.

Troubleshoot printers, scanners, CCTV-related IT connectivity, and other office IT equipment.





Identify and resolve technical problems independently.

Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.

Support employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.

Handle other IT infrastructure and system administration activities as required.

Candidate Profile

Should have practical knowledge of System Administration and IT Support.

Must be capable of independently troubleshooting system, network, Wi-Fi, hardware, and software issues.

Knowledge of IT audits and documentation is an added advantage.

Should be able to handle general IT operations and resolve problems quickly.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
