Job Description – Commis / Brew Master / Bartender

Commis / Brew Master / Bartender**

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates to join our outlet teams as **Commis, Brew Master, or Bartender**. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food & beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commis

* Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food ingredients.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.

* Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

* Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

* Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.

Brew Master

* Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per established recipes and standards.

* Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.

* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

* Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station and equipment.

* Assist with inventory management of coffee, milk, syrups,



and other ingredients.

* Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to guests.

Bartender

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.

* Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.

* Ensure responsible handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies.

* Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.

* Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests.

* Follow all applicable company policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile

* Prior experience in a café, restaurant, bar, hotel, or QSR environment is preferred.

* Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-focused and team-oriented.

* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Valuable grooming and hygiene standards.
