Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Eligibility -

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently
- Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately
- Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience at all times

Working Hours & Schedule -

- 9-hour shift per day
- 1 weekly off
- Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings -

Female – Rotational Shifts

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts

- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important -





- Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
