Job DescriptionQSA Industries is looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations for our plant, office and field employees.

The role will involve practical HR work including:

• Employee joining, documentation and HR records

• Recruitment, candidate screening and joining follow-up

• Attendance, leave and employee records

• Payroll inputs, salary, overtime, LWP and Full & Final Settlement

• PF, ESI and other basic statutory HR work

• Plant HR activities, shifts, weekly offs and employee coordination

• Contract labour records and coordination

• Employee grievances and basic discipline-related matters

• Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation and relieving letters

• HR MIS, employee master and HR trackers using Excel / Google Sheets

• Supporting HR policies, compliance and other HR activities as required





Candidate Profile• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Plant HR

• Good understanding of basic HR processes

• Working knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll

• Basic knowledge of PF & ESI will be preferred

• Valuable Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Should be organised, responsible and willing to handle employees directly

• Karnal local candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred

Freshers are generally not preferred, but candidates with relevant practical HR exposure may be considered.

ImportantWe are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take responsibility and handle regular HR operations practically. Experience in every area mentioned above is not mandatory.
