Job RoleB Tax Advisors India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our business development and client acquisition activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with prospective clients, promoting our professional services, following up with enquiries, and converting potential customers into clients.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, online enquiries, and local marketing.
- Contact prospective clients and explain our services professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads until conversion.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal GST, Income Tax, Registration, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Promote services including:
- Private Limited Company Registration
- LLP & Partnership Registration
- Section 8 Company Registration
- Trust & Society Registration
- GST Registration & GST Compliance
- GST Notices, Appeals & Litigation Support
- Income Tax Filing & Tax Consultancy
- ROC/MCA Compliance
- MSME/Udyam Registration
- FSSAI Registration
- ISO Certification
- Trademark Registration
- PASARA Registration
- Audit & Accounting Services
- Handle incoming enquiries from advertisements and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales-conversion targets.
- Support Google, Meta/Facebook,



Instagram and WhatsApp marketing activities.
- Provide daily and weekly performance reports to management.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Kannada and English communication preferred. Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Previous experience in marketing, telecalling, financial services, tax consultancy, CA firms, legal services, banking, insurance, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on:

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Client conversions
- Monthly sales achieved
- Target completion
- Individual performance

Good performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
