Job Description:

The role requires a results-driven qualified to manage showroom walk-ins, handle phone and online inquiries, and turn prospective buyers into satisfied vehicle owners

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, listen to their vehicle needs, and match them with appropriate car models.

* Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, safety specs, warranties, and service packages. Take clients on test drives.

* Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing, handle trade-in evaluations, overcome customer objections, and close sales.

* Administrative Duties: Complete sales contracts, process financing or loan paperwork, and update customer logs in the dealership CRM system.

* Follow-Up: Maintain contact with past buyers to generate repeat business and referrals.
