We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Shopify and marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO, MS Excel, and inventory management.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Jewellery or fashion industry experience is an added advantage.
