Job DescriptionShivcloud Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Account Manager to manage client accounts within the IT and Cloud services domain. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling renewals, managing billing coordination, ensuring timely collections, and supporting revenue growth.

The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, basic accounting understanding, and GST knowledge. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple client accounts efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned customer accounts for services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other IT solutions
- Maintain strong and long term client relationships
- Handle customer queries through calls and professional email communication
- Manage subscription renewals and ensure no service interruption




- Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents
- Ensure GST compliant billing and accurate financial calculations
- Track outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections
- Maintain proper client data and revenue reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services
- Specific RequirementsFluent English speaking and strong professional writing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including formulas and reporting
- Basic math skills including percentage and GST calculation
- Working knowledge of GST billing and invoicing
- Strong follow up and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Skilled and client focused approach
- 0 to 2 years experience in IT, SaaS, or Cloud services industry preferred
