Position: North Indian Cook (Chef)

Location: Medha Resort, Raghunathganj, Murshidabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine including roti, naan, paratha, dal, paneer dishes, gravies, tandoori items and other North Indian specialties.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene and presentation of food.
- Plan daily kitchen preparation and manage food requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and cleanliness of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen area.

Requirements:





- Experience as a North Indian Cook in a restaurant, hotel or resort preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of North Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to prepare food according to customer preferences.
- Responsible, hardworking and team-oriented.

Salary:

? ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Depending on experience and skill)
