? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

- Answer customer questions and handle sales objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads and work towards sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Freshers can apply; prior telesales experience is not mandatory.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Candidates interested in loan and financial product sales are preferred.
- Should be target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
- Incentive: ₹15,000
- Additional Incentives: Available as per performance.
