We are looking to hire the following three full-time staff members for our jewellery business:

1. Full-Time Accountant

We need an experienced accountant who can independently handle day-to-day accounting and compliance work, including:

- Sales and purchase entries
- Labour work accounting
- GST reconciliation and filing
- TDS calculation and accounting
- Payment follow-ups and outstanding management
- Expense vouchers and expense accounting
- Bank reconciliation and banking-related work
- Billing and daily accounting entries
- Coordination with CA and other financial/compliance requirements

2. HR Executive

We are looking for an HR staff member who can handle:

- Staff recruitment and hiring
- Attendance and leave management
- Salary and payroll coordination
- Staff records and documentation
- Employee onboarding
- Staff discipline and office rules
- Performance and follow-up
- Coordination with all departments regarding staff-related matters

3. Operations & SOP Executive / Manager





We need a qualified and responsible person who can oversee the overall office operations and help us implement the SOP system across all departments.

The responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring day-to-day operations
- Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinating with all departments
- Ensuring SOP implementation and compliance
- Checking whether staff are following the defined processes
- Identifying operational gaps and improving processes
- Monitoring order, inventory, tagging, dispatch and other operational activities
- Maintaining checklists and MIS reports
- Following up on pending tasks
- Reporting significant issues directly to management
- Helping the owner build a systematic and disciplined working environment

We are looking for full-time, responsible and experienced candidates, preferably with relevant experience in the jewellery/manufacturing/wholesale industry.
