Job Summary: We seek an individual to manage end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, training and development, onboarding. You will enhance our employer brand and ensure we hire the best talent.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates via online channels.
Conduct interviews and manage offer communication.
Support onboarding and other HR tasks.
Arrange internal/ External trainings
Handle end to end employee lifecycle
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment.
Proficiency in social media and job boards.
Solid communication and decision-making skills.
Note: HR from Edtech industry will be preferred.
