Job DescriptionTacRetail is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales & Retail Operations Executive to manage and improve sales performance across our multi-brand retail stores.

The candidate will be based at our Panchkula office and will work closely with store teams across different locations to drive sales, monitor performance, improve staff productivity and ensure smooth retail operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily, weekly and monthly sales across all stores
- Set and follow up on store-wise and staff-wise sales targets
- Guide and motivate store sales teams to improve performance
- Train staff in selling, upselling, cross-selling and customer handling
- Analyse brand-wise and category-wise sales performance
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving products
- Coordinate stock replenishment and identify stock/size gaps
- Monitor store operations and ensure proper sales processes are followed
- Prepare daily/weekly Sales MIS and performance reports




- Coordinate with store teams regarding offers, promotions and sales campaigns
- Follow up on customer enquiries and potential bulk/institutional orders
- Identify reasons for poor sales and take corrective action
- Regularly coordinate with management regarding sales performance and opportunities

The candidate should be proactive, disciplined and strongly target-driven. This is not merely a desk-based reporting position; the person will be responsible for actively improving sales performance across multiple retail locations.
