Candidate Requirements • Minimum 4–5 members team-handling experience in field sales. • Field sales / merchant acquisition experience. • QR & Sound Box sales/onboarding experience preferred. • Experience in achieving and managing team targets. • Robust communication, leadership and people-management skills. • Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a field sales team. • Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity. • Drive QR & Sound Box onboarding and merchant acquisition. • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance. • Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination. • Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement. Compensation Structure • Team Leader (TL): Salary will remain fixed as per the offered CTC, with applicable performance incentives. • Freelancer SP: Compensation will be completely team-incentive based, with payouts processed on a weekly basis. • Freelancer SP earnings will be linked to team performance and eligible onboarding/target achievements.What We’re Looking For • A hands-on Team Leader who can lead a field sales team, manage targets, build merchant relationships and drive consistent on-ground performance.
