Position: BDE / Business Development Executive

? Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, especially small business owners and SMEs.

- Explain Tide’s business financial products and services to customers.

- Generate leads through field visits, calling, references and other sales activities.

- Onboard new customers and assist them with the application/KYC process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful customers.

- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

? Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of banking, finance or FinTech will be an advantage.

- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
