Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries on IndiaMART, Etsy & Website

• Communicate with B2B and B2C customers through WhatsApp, email & online portals

• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders

• Manage product listings and basic website updates

• SEO for website and product pages

• Social media management – Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Create and update product descriptions, titles, tags and other content

• Coordinate with customers regarding prices, products, orders and shipping

Candidate Requirements:

• Thoda English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
