Job Title : International Telesales Executive

We are looking for confident and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our international sales team in Bangalore.

The role involves making outbound calls to international clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our products/services, following up with leads and converting qualified prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads provided through the Company's CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call information in the CRM.
- Build professional relationships with clients.
- Follow BELLCON's sales process, scripts, SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team and individual targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telesales/telemarketing/sales experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound international calls.
- Strong convincing,



negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates who can speak Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil are preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered.

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
