Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff with 1+ year of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, grocery, or FMCG outlets. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, product merchandising, billing support, and maintaining store standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide excellent shopping experience.
- Arrange, stock, and replenish products on shelves.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising as per store standards.
- Support billing and cashier operations when required.
- Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about stock requirements.




- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
- Valuable communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of billing and store operations is preferred.
