Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and professional Debt Collection Tele Executive to contact customers regarding outstanding payments, understand their payment situation, and encourage timely repayment while maintaining a respectful and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue or outstanding payments.
- Inform customers about pending dues, payment deadlines, and available payment options.
- Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to making payments.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, commitments, and payment status.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Escalate disputed accounts or complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection and calling targets.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.




- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/system records.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, collections, recovery, banking, NBFC, or customer service is preferred.
