Passenger‑facing hospitality role (not driving/cleaning).
यात्रियों की सुविधा देखना, टिकट चेक करना, बुकिंग मैनेज करना और रिटर्न टिकट प्रमोट करना।
? Shift:
- शिफ्ट Night shifts only (Permanent job)
- शाम 7 PM – 11 PM से शुरू, सुबह 7 AM – 11 AM तक वापसी
- 12–14 घंटे का राउंड ट्रिप
? Responsibilities:
- जिम्मेदारियाँ~40 यात्रियों के टिकट और ID चेक करना
- AC Smart Bus में सुविधा सुनिश्चित करना (Wi‑Fi, GPS, Toilets)
- Spot booking और रिटर्न टिकट सेल्स (Incentives मिलेंगे)
- Feedback और Ratings लेना
- ड्राइवर व स्टाफ के साथ समन्वय करना
- ? Candidate Profile / उम्मीदवार प्रोफ़ाइल
- Age: 19–33 years (Male only)
- Education: Diploma / Intermediate / Degree
- Language: Hindi + Basic English
- Skills: Customer service, sales, hospitality, front office admin, guest relations, coordination, convincing skills, rapport building
- Flexible for nights, weekends & holidays
- ? Salary / वेतन₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + 10 Lakhs Insurance
- Stay Bonus: ₹12,000 paid every 2 months (₹4,000 after 2nd, 4th, and 6th month)
- Extra Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month
