HR Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 6 months –1 Year

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive / HR Associate to join our team. Freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries.
- Support employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and records using MS Word.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related requirements.
- Assist in maintaining company policies and HR processes.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required.




- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee relations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and team members.
- Qualification -Any Graduate can apply.
- BBA / MBA in HR, Psychology, or Diploma in HR candidates will be preferred.
