JOB DESCRIPTION – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Department: E-Commerce
Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce
Employment Type: Full time (90 Days Probation Mandatory)
Position Purpose:
The E-Commerce Executive shall be responsible for end-to-end marketplace and website (WOOCOMERCE )
management, revenue growth, compliance adherence, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
• Product listing creation & optimization
• Inventory planning & stock control
• PPC campaign management & performance monitoring
• Pricing strategy implementation
• Order processing & reconciliation
• Marketplace compliance & account health management
Strict KPI Requirements:
• Monthly revenue growth target achievement
• Controlled ACOS/ROAS as approved by management
• Zero negligence in compliance warnings
• Maintenance of Order Defect Rate within platform limits
• Top SKU stock availability management
