Job Description: Bilingual Customer Support Executive (Hindi and Tamil)

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Support Executives proficient in Hindi and Tamil to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product and Service Explanation: Clearly articulate and explain our range of products and services to customers, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and features.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Client Reactivation: Engage with previous clients to rekindle their interest and encourage renewed business relationships.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person, to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Outbound Calling: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers,



fostering strong relationships and promoting our brand.
- Availability: Maintain full availability during working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring prompt and effective customer support.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and confidence.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is a plus.
