About Role:
As a Customer Relations Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users and play a key role in their journey with HealthTick.

You will:
- Respond to user queries via chat, calls, and email
- Help users understand our programs and convert enquiries into enrolments via chat
- Support existing (paid) users and ensure a smooth experience
- Proactively reach out to users for feedback and insights
- Resolve app issues,
