Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate remote sales team leaders and sales agents.
• Set clear sales objectives, productivity expectations, KPIs, and performance standards.




• Monitor the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification through conversion and revenue.
• Analyse sales performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and continuously improve sales workflows, processes, policies, and operating procedures.
• Drive sales productivity while maintaining high standards of customer experience and service quality.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing remote sales professionals.
• Establish regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, team meetings, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales vision, address challenges, and improve business processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports covering sales performance, KPIs, revenue, challenges, opportunities, and recommended actions.
