How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks and procedures
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational risks within the retail business segment




• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans
• Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Track and measure the impact of process improvements on operational performance
• Prepare and present regular reports on control activities, risk assessments, and compliance status to senior management
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any control deficiencies or compliance issues

About you

Qualifications:

Education: Degree- Bachelor Master
Licenses/Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage

Work Experience:

• Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain
• Experience in P&C; - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
• Insurance certification - good to have
• Transition/onboarding of service - positive to haveOnsho
