Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Senior Quality Engineering) to drive quality excellence across our digital platforms and services. In this role, you will champion a quality-first engineering culture, leading the design and implementation of scalable test automation solutions while embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing applications using modern engineering practices including automation, CI/CD, cloud-native testing, DevOps, and AI-powered quality engineering. As a technical leader, you will mentor teams, promote Shift-Left testing, and leverage Generative AI and Copilot technologies to enhance testing efficiency, developer productivity, and software quality.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in test automation, API and microservices testing,



cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices, along with experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms. What We're Looking For

Strong experience of 8-12 years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles.

Hands-on expertise in:

Java, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, API & Microservices Testing.
Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
Robust experience in database, integration, and performance testing.
Proven ability to mentor teams
