Your role requires continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance to proactively detect and address potential disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Solid knowledge of storage architecture and data management principles.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and storage integration techniques.
- Experience in implementing and supporting scalable storage
