We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics

In this role, you will:
• The role will be responsible for supporting Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics(WCRA) policy and governance unit in the following capacities:
• Overall model and analytics governance for WCRA function across the Model Life Cycle (MLC) aligned to Model Risk management (MRM)



controls framework and policy obligations
• Independently manage and drive consistent controls activities, uplift and enhance processes as required, improve MI, data quality and operational efficiency while remaining audit/regulator ready
• Drive disciplined issue management through to sustainable “Path to Green” closure.Undertake various BAU activities (including forums, packs, minutes, actions, escalations etc.) to ensure alignment with global model risk management standards
• Understand the regulatory standards and principles (eg. SS1/23) and adhere to the same for Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) models. Prepare and communicate progress reports, adapting content for different audiences and levels of seniority
• Interface with senior stakeholders including WCRA leads, Regional counterparts, Project owners, Model Risk Management (MRM), Chief Control Office (CCO), Assurance, Audit, Data, Financial Engineering etc. to ensure com
