Role Overview

HighLevel is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Growth to drive activation, feature adoption, product-led expansion, and retention across the entire Email Charter. In this role, you will be responsible for turning current and existing agencies into active email power users by optimizing onboarding funnels, designing viral product-led growth (PLG) mechanics, running continuous experimentation programs, and directly linking email feature adoption to customer lifecycle value and ARR.
