Marketing Services is the organisation within Services that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals.



The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

As Creative Director, GFI, this role is accountable for defining and executing the next generation creative operating model, leveraging AI, automation, global delivery and emerging technologies to increase quality, productivity, scalability and business impact across the enterprise.

Role
• Lead and inspire a high-performing creative organization supporting Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) globally, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
• Provide creative leadership and oversight across projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned work at scale.
• Drive the evolution of ACD's global delivery model, establishing scalable processes, governance framework
