Job Introduction

The INM Tax team is responsible for managing direct tax compliance, advisory, assessments, litigation, tax accounting, and group reporting across all business lines within the entity. As tax regulations evolve and cross-border operations expand, the team plays a critical role in mitigating tax risks, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving strategic tax governance.

INM Tax is looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to support direct tax operations, litigation, and advisory functions for the bank.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax computations, managing statutory and income tax assessments,



advising business functions on domestic and international tax implications, and managing group reporting and uncertain tax position reporting, FATCA/ CRS advisory.

The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining strong corporate tax governance, ensuring seamless audit support, and mitigating exposure during tax proceedings.

Principal Responsibilities of the Manager will include but not limited to the following:

• Prepare Tax computation and appropriate documentation, ensuring filing before the statutory due date.

• Support in the preparation of submissions for income tax assessment of the bank, make timely appearances, and file required submissions before various tax authorities.

• Prepare appeals to be filed before CIT(A) and manage litigation strategy in coordination with legal counsels.

• Prepare and file applications for obtaining tax exemption certificates for the bank

• Issue timely guidance to assist Business Areas a
