We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Support Manager - Front Office

In this role, you will:
• Tracking of controllable costs and notify COO when surge/dips are noticed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a governance model to ensure these attributes are maintained and validated periodically to maintain high data quality standards.
• Make MSS simpler, better, and faster. Embrace collaboration,



trust our colleagues and team with responsibility, decision making and are accountable to each other.
• Create an workplace for constant improvement where we continuously upskill, learn & develop, share ideas to streamline, optimize and innovate.
• Focus on simplification and consider the user with the goal to try and make their life easier with the processes and services we deploy.
