About the Role
We are looking for a senior Power Systems & Renewable Energy Specialist with deep expertise in renewable grid integration, agile modeling, Power Plant Controllers (PPCs), inverter-based resources (IBRs), grid-code compliance, and real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of power-system engineering, renewable-energy integration, control-system development, simulation, and technical project leadership experience. This role will work across utility-scale Solar PV, Wind, BESS, and hybrid renewable-energy projects, partnering with utilities, transmission operators, OEMs, inverter manufacturers, EPCs, and project developers
