The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can become the CEO's force multiplier. This isn't a calendar-booking role. It's for someone who anticipates what's needed before it's asked, owns follow-through, and protects the CEO's time like it's the company's most valuable resource, because it is.
You'll work directly with our CEO and founding team, based out of our Chennai office, with the flexibility to work remotely and adjust your hours around global meetings and time zones.




What You'll Do
Own the calendar, end to end. Plan and optimize the CEO's week across India, US and EMEA time zones so every hour is spent on what matters most.
Walk in prepared, every time. Research each meeting on the calendar and share crisp briefs on the people, companies and context ahead of time.
Run the inbox. Triage email, flag time-sensitive and priority items, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Be the CEO's voice. Ghostwrite emails and posts, and manage his presence on LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
Close the loop. Attend meetings on his behalf when needed, capture notes, and chase action items to completion.
Make things happen. Coordinate events, webinars, podcasts and offsites, from logistics to follow-ups.
Support HR operations. Pitch in on day-to-day HR ops, such as onboarding logistics, employee documentation, policy coordination and people-team initiatives, working closely with
