Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our rooftop solar initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is designed for a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience who will drive business growth through strategic field sales and robust client engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solar solutions. This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹3 to 4 LPA and requires a candidate capable of navigating the technical and commercial aspects of the renewable energy landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and professional development to sales teams through effective mentoring and leadership.

• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.





• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with DISCOMs and relevant government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and project facilitation.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs and deliver tailored solar solutions.

• Perform detailed financial assessments, including ROI and payback period calculations, to demonstrate the economic viability of proposed projects.

• Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals and accurate quotations that align with client requirements and company standards.

• Coordinate and oversee in office visits to assess installation feasibility and engage directly with stakeholders.

• Build and manage a network of channel partners to extend market reach and drive volume sales.

• Execute direct field sales activities to secure new business and expand the customer base.
