The Role
Your role Bring your specialist knowledge and experience to a company managing 50% of the world’s MIPS and play a critical role in our modernization mission. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows,



web resources, custom APIs, and client-side extensions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Configure and customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, relationships, business rules, security roles, teams, and field-level security.
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, where applicable.
• Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise systems using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
• Perform technical analysis, solution design, effort estimation, impact assessment, and prepare technical design documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, production defects, performance issues, and problem management within an Application Management Services (AMS) setting.
