Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technica Project Manager with 11–15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore & Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in back-end development using Java technologies. Exposure to treasury and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.

Your Profile

• 7+ years in Technical Project/Program Management, including proven leadership of large-scale OpenShift, Kubernetes, cloud transformation,



or application modernization programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OpenShift/Kubernetes migration programs across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Drive program planning and governance, including migration roadmaps, release schedules, migration waves, application onboarding, and deployment readiness.

• Manage program health through tracking of milestones, resources, capacity utilization, delivery progress, and adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.

• Own RAID management by identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate technical stakeholders including architects, platform teams, infrastructure teams, SREs, security teams, and application owners to resolve migration challenges.
