.Key expectations for the role:
• Drive Executive Reporting and support Run-the-Business (RTB) activities.
• Collaborate effectively with HOE IT teams and support organizations.
• Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support.
• Manage Operational Governance, Service Reviews, and Stakeholder Coordination.
• Lead operational initiatives, ensure service stability, and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Background:
• Production Engineering / Production Support / Application Operations leadership experience.
• Solid Program or Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
