Job Description: Manager – Sales, Marketing & HR

Location: Bengaluru (with travel across India as needed)

We deliver turnkey warehouses, dark stores, and cold storage projects from 1,000 sq ft to 5 lakh sq ft, covering fabrication, IT and automation, MEP, HVAC, and furniture and interiors. We have delivered 100+ warehouses across 21 states for clients like Flipkart, Meesho, Bigbasket, Nippon Express, and DP World. We are also authorized distributors for Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, and other leading scanning hardware brands.

Role SummaryThis is a hybrid role with a robust focus on Sales & Marketing (about 70%) and supporting HR operations (about 30%). You will drive new business from e-commerce, quick commerce, 3PL, and logistics companies, build Kaviank's brand in the B2B market, and manage core people functions as the team scales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (Primary)Find and win new clients across e-commerce, quick commerce, 3PL, FMCG, and logistics.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations with the projects and technical teams.
- Grow existing key accounts through repeat projects and cross-selling (IT hardware, automation, HVAC, interiors).
- Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM, and weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Build relationships with decision-makers such as Heads of Supply Chain, Operations, Projects, and Procurement.
- Represent Kaviank at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- MarketingPlan and run B2B marketing strategy,



with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Create and manage content: case studies, project showcases, company profiles, brochures, and pitch decks.
- Run lead-generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email outreach, events).
- Manage the website and company profiles, and keep brand messaging consistent.
- Track marketing performance and competitor activity, and share market insights with leadership.
- HR (Supporting)Handle end-to-end hiring: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) with finance or consultants.
- Support performance reviews, HR policies, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate manpower needs for project sites across locations.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred), or a graduate with a strong B2B sales track record.
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, or industrial solutions.
- Clear track record of closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Hands-on with LinkedIn marketing, CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
- Self-driven and comfortable working directly with the founder in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- PreferredAn existing network among e-commerce, quick commerce, or 3PL companies.
- Experience selling turnkey projects, warehouse infrastructure, or material handling and IT hardware.
