## ? Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, portals, and marketing campaigns.

☎️ Attend inbound calls from interested customers.

? Explain project details, including:

* ? Location

* ? Pricing

* ✅ Approvals

* ? Offers & Benefits

? Qualify customer requirements and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.

? Follow up regularly with interested customers.

? Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status.

? Achieve daily call, follow-up, and site visit targets.

? Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover.

## ✅ Required Skills

?️ Good communication skills in:

* English

* Kannada





* Telugu / Tamil (Any two languages preferred)

? Confident and persuasive phone communication.

? Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel & WhatsApp).

? Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections.

? Self-motivated and target-oriented.
