About the Role

We are looking for a organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting work and support our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily books of accounts and record all financial transactions in Tally
- Prepare GST invoices, quotations and billing for customers
- Handle GST data entry and assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Track payments, receivables and payables; follow up on pending payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain expense records
- Manage petty cash and vendor payments
- Assist in TDS calculation and filing
- Prepare monthly MIS and expense reports
- Coordinate with the CA for audits and compliance

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce graduate (CA Inter or pursuing CA is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Accuracy, honesty and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

- Experience in construction, agri-tech or manufacturing/trading business
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and online accounting tools
