? Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) Field Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join NoBroker’s Business Development team. You’ll work with potential homebuyers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties, and drive conversions.

? Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with qualified leads through calls, virtual meetings & site visits

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

* Conduct property presentations and encourage site visits

* Negotiate and close deals

* Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals

* Cross-sell NoBroker’s additional services





* Manage leads and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

* Stay updated on property prices, inventory & market trends

✅ Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

* Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus

* Robust communication, negotiation & convincing skills

* Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

* Good local market knowledge

* Own vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler preferred)

* Fluency in English, Hindi & local language

* Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends
