Job Description .

- Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, listen to vehicle concerns, and schedule service appointments.
- Diagnostics & Estimates: Coordinate with service technicians to identify problems, then prepare transparent cost and time estimates for labor and parts.
- Approval & Workflow: Contact customers for authorization on extra repairs and update them on repair progress throughout the day.
- Administrative Duties: Write detailed repair orders, handle warranty or insurance verifications, order necessary parts, and process final billing.
- Follow-Up: Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future maintenance.
