About the CompanyMudrabase Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing financial services and sales organization working across multiple locations. The company operates in financial products including Solar Sales, Solar Finance, PM Surya Ghar Yojna.

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage the overall sales and business operations of the assigned branch.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and market development.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to file processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of customer files.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and local market contacts.
- Monitor daily team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure that branch targets and company business objectives are achieved.
- Conduct field visits and support team members in closing important cases.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Credit, and Management teams for smooth file processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's market presence.




- Take responsibility for the branch's overall sales performance and team productivity.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Graduate qualification preferred.
- Experience in Sales, or Marketing will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle a sales team and achieve monthly targets.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and reporting is preferred.
