- Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Inkjet and Dot Matrix Printers.
- Hands-on experience in spare parts replacement and repair of printers.
- Diagnose and resolve printer hardware and technical issues.
- Handle printer installation, configuration, and testing at customer/business locations.
- Replace printer components such as print heads, rollers, cartridges, belts, sensors, gears, and other spare parts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure printers are functioning properly.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues to the concerned team.
- Provide in office technical support whenever required.
- Required Skills:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in printer servicing.
- Strong knowledge of Inkjet and Dot Matrix Printers.
- Good knowledge of printer spare parts and replacement.
- Experience in printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within Hyderabad.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
