Job Description

Urban Money Private Limited is hiring Telecallers for Personal Loan Sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate Personal Loan business.

● Understand customers’ loan requirements and eligibility.

● Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processes.

● Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.

● Assist customers with the digital loan application and documentation process.

● Maintain regular follow-ups on pending cases until disbursement.

● Update customer interactions, leads, and sales status in the CRM/MIS.





● Achieve assigned monthly login and disbursement targets.

● Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

● Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

● Positive Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.

● Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

● Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

● Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

● Previous experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Telecalling will be preferred.
