Job Description:-

- Account Acquisition: Source current-to-bank customers through field visits, cold calling, market mapping, corporate tie-ups, and local networking.
- Compliance & KYC: Ensure complete and accurate documentation for account opening while adhering strictly to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell ancillary banking products such as fixed/recurring deposits, debit/credit cards, insurance, and asset products (loans).
- Relationship Management: Maintain periodic contact with customers to ensure high service standards, encourage higher deposit balances, and generate referral leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for volume, funded balance, and fee-based revenue.
