Prakom Group of Companies is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, production, and support roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely hiring.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, uPVC, or Aluminium is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
